Our online store primarily offers full hides of leather, with the option to prepare the sides of it according to the buyer's preference. In some specific types of leather, there is the option to purchase by the side, back, or bend. If you are looking for a different cut than what is shown online, give us a call! The size of the side varies from piece to piece since the size of steers vary. Typically a jumbo heavy native steer side is about 10-16 square feet. Economy sides are typically a little smaller and range from 08-14 square feet. See more types of cuts on the Learn page.

TR (Tannery Run) grade stands for a mixed, unsorted grade straight from the tannery. It includes a natural mix of higher and lower grades without selective sorting. We have four grades: #1, #2, #3 and TR. TR is the primary grade that we currently offer online. TR hides/sides are economical and suitable for most projects. The majority of our sides listed on the site are items that we continually keep in stock. Other sides listed are short run or a custom item that was developed therefore quantities are limited. If you are interested in ordering a larger quantity of sides of a leather with limited quantities, contact us for an estimated lead time.

Our website does not feature all the products that we are able to provide. What is listed online is what is currently stocked in our warehouse. If you need a particular color, weight, grade, or cut please contact us. If we don’t have it, more than likely we can have it made at our tannery. Certainly! We understand that purchasing leather online can be challenging when you can’t feel the texture or examine the details firsthand. To make the process easier, we offer free samples—you only cover the shipping cost. No. We value all of our business customers whether they operate a small or large business. There is no minimum order requirement.

No. There are no fees or annual dues. Once you have received confirmation that you have been approved for a business account, you will have immediate access to the business pricing.

Before approval, our team will reach out to discuss your company details and order needs. Once approved, you’ll receive your tax ID and other necessary information for future orders.

Shipping costs are not included with business account orders and will be added to your invoice. Orders are dispatched according to availability and the most economical option offered by the international parcel service. We can also arrange COD (Cash on Delivery) or ship via your preferred carrier upon request.

At this time, our system does not process e-commerce payments through PayPal or major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Accepted payment methods include TT (30% advance and 70% after BL copy is sent), LC at sight, or CAD, based on the banking arrangements agreed upon between us.

We offer air and sea shipping through international parcel services, airlines, or shipping lines, selecting the most efficient and cost-effective option for your order.
